Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of the order for delivery. If there is any anticipated delay, we will notify you. We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
We do not offer a gift wrapping service at this time. If you have indicated that your order is a gift, we will remove all price tags and will include a hand written note from you on a business-size card from Morikami Museum, imprinted with our logo. Your greeting should be limited to 25 words or less.
Returns & Exchanges

All returns for credit or replacement must be made within 30 days of purchase and require a return authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
