CLASS: Sado Tea Beginner I – Thursdays

Prerequisite

• You must be able to sit in a seiza position (with knees bent and folded beneath the thighs) for 15-30 minutes in order to participate in this class as you will be sitting on the tatami mat floor.

You can choose multiple sessions by adding each one individually to your cart.
