• Session 1: October 7, 14, 21, 28 & November 4
• Session 2: November 11, 18 & December 2, 9, 16
• Session 3: January 6, 13, 20, 27 & February 3
• Session 4: February 17, 24 & March 3, 10, 17
• Session 5: March 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28
