This is ceremonial quality matcha tea, the same type used in our tea ceremonies here at Morikami.
Yamamasa Koyamaen’s tea does not use any additives, and is a tea that has a harmonious balance of
matcha’s natural flavor, rich aroma, and just the right amount of bitterness. The freshly ground matcha is packed immediately and has a shelf life of approximately 8 months if stored unopened and refrigerated, but please consume it immediately after opening.
