Kintsukuro-Yaki is a traditional Japanese porcelain ware with a unique pattern created by applying gold leaf to the base and firing it. Because gold leaf is extremely thin and difficult to handle, a high level of craftsmanship is required. The pattern created by the gold leaf has a different expression on each piece, and it shines gorgeously and gracefully.
