The Way Of Tea: Sado Demonstration

Japanese Traditional Ceremony

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health threat, we are suspending public programs scheduled from March 16 through April 30, 2020. Morikami will continue to reevaluate and reassess as information about the virus and its impact on public health is presented.

Observe Japanese sado, an ever-changing demonstration rich in seasonal subtleties. Your involvement in the true spirit of sado — harmony (wa), reverence (kei), purity (sei), tranquility (jaku) — along with a sip of green tea and a sweet will help you bring a calm perspective into your busy life.
