Yamato Colony

Throwing light on the Japanese-American heritage of Florida, Yamato Colony tells the tale of the daring immigrant venture that left behind an important & beautiful legacy – the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. It follows the journey of George Morikami from the port of Yokohama to the agricultural community called Yamato between Boca Raton & Delray Beach, Florida.
