Cost: $5 with paid admission to the museum
Time: 12:00pm, 1:30pm (Omato-Shiki) and 3:00pm
Location: Morikami Theater
At the 1:30 presentation their will be a special demonstration of the Omato-Shiki ritual by Ogasawara-Ryu America Branch members. Omato-Shiki started 1300 years ago and 830 years ago it was adopted by the Samurai. It is a strict ritual and performed as a prayer.
Online ticket sales end the day before the event.
The remaining tickets will be available at the theater door on the day of the demo starting at 10 am. Please arrive early to ensure tickets.
