Anime Vendors

  • Regular Deadline: Apply by March 8, 2019 to avoid a late fee of $50.
  • Final Deadline: No applications will be accepted after March 22, 2019.

Please read our information packet BEFORE applying. Failure to follow our participation guidelines could result in disqualification or expulsion from the festival.

Hatsume 2019 Anime Vendor Application

All vendors must fill out the application below, in full, to be considered.
  • We will send notification of acceptance to vendors via email, so please be sure your email is typed correctly before submitting this form. Your email address will be kept confidential.
  • We will list all participating vendors on our website. Provide your business’ web address if you would like us to link your business name to your website
  • Please give a detailed description of the items you intend to sell. Note that failure to accurately disclose merchandise for sale could lead to removal from Hatsume Fair.
  • Drop files here or
    Please provide at least three, but no more than five, photos of your products and booth set up. Applications submitted without photos will not be considered. Files over 6mb cannot be uploaded.
  • Please check off multiple, adjacent booths if you wish to purchase more than one space. Note that TIER 4 corner spaces are listed separately. Tent layout is below.
  • Two complimentary badges are included with your application.
  • Please provide your credit card number here. If you are accepted by the selection committee your card will be immediately charged. Please note: there are NO refunds once a vendor is selected. Credit card information will not be kept on file after a vendor has been accepted or rejected by the committee.
  • This is usually a 3 or 4 digit number on the back of your card.
    If accepted by the selection committee, you have a commitment to participate in the festival. Vendors not selected will not be charged. Please note there are NO refunds once a vendor is selected. The Morikami, Inc. and The Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department, its staff and volunteers will not be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, acts of God, or vandalism of any individual's property or works. Hatsume vendors agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless Palm Beach County and The Morikami, Inc. from any and all injuries, property damage and other claims, liabilities, losses and causes of action which may arise out of participation in the festival, including participants and spectators if applicable. Vendors cannot hold Palm Beach County or The Morikami, Inc. liable for any injuries that may occur as a result of participation. This disclosure must be accepted to apply.
