I can sit in seiza position (with knees bent & folded beneath the thighs/buttocks) for 15-30 minutes.

I do not have have knee, leg or ankle issues that will deter me in sitting seiza.

I am aware I must wear a long skirt or long pants to class.

I am aware I must bring/wear white socks to class.

I have received approval by the instructor before registering for this course.

You must be able to sit in a seiza position (with knees bent and folded beneath the thighs) for 15-30 minutes in order to participate in this class as you will be sitting on the tatami mat floor.

You can choose multiple sessions by adding each one individually to your cart.
